Culinary Interactions at Mazina is a new dining experience that is as innovative as it is interactive. Watch the chefs as they cook up a storm across various international cuisines, whether it’s their daily specials or your own requests cooked with the freshest ingredients. Starters include antipasti and Japanese fare, followed by an Indian section offering kebabs and curries. Or savour fresh hand-pulled Chinese noodles and delicious Thai curries, while at the Arabic station there is a wide selection of hot and cold mezze, as well as regional delicacies. There is plenty of variety at the Continental and Italian stations and last, but not least, don’t forget to treat yourself to fresh homemade beverages and some sumptuous desserts!
What we ate
I started with the Charcuterie from the menu while my friend choose to challenge the chef with a strawberry and balsamic vinegar
vegan salad - which looked amazing I may add. For mains I challenged the chef with some beautifully cooked lamb chops and vegetables while my friend went for a vegetable stir fry and a vegan pizza. Then we absolutely could not resist sticking our spoons into a decadent chocolate fondant for dessert!
Verdict
We loved chatting to the chefs and making requests - which they fulfilled perfectly. The food was beautifully cooked and so fresh. Definitely makes a great change from the usual buffet style!
