Let’s be honest, sometimes fat just sticks to us in certain areas and no amount of dieting or exercise is going to shift it! There are many ‘fat-loss’ methods out there but which one to choose? My solution to stubborn fat is Hypoxi at Bodysmart.
What’s involved?
Hypoxi is a combination of moderate training, vacuum and compression. It works on stubborn fat around the stomach, buttocks, hips and thighs but also targets cellulite. As I wanted to work on my lower body and cellulite, I chose the upright bicycle - it’s 30 minutes pedalling at a very moderate pace and you simply cycle away and the machine sucks in the air around you and blows it out. If your targeted area is mainly your stomach and waist then there’s also the Vacunaut which works the same way but is done on a cross-trainer or treadmill.
What are the results?
I lost a total of 2cm from around my stomach and 2cm from each thigh. Visually the results were impressive too, my skin was noticeably smoother!
