I’ve never been one to try slimming treatments, but it seems like no matter how little I eat or how much I work out, some fat just won’t budge. I headed down to SlimSpa to try their highly recommended combination of non-invasive procedures: Cavitation and Venus B.E.A.M.
What’s Involved?
The session started with the Cavitation machine, which is used on your desired problem area for 30 minutes. The ultrasonic waves of cavitation will induce the rupturing of the cellular membranes of fat cells, which allows it to be pass through the body. The only discomfort I felt was from the noise the machine made, but within five minutes, I had forgotten all about it.
The following 30-minute treatment is based on Bio Electrical Acceleration Management (B.E.A.M.), which induces muscle contractions. This helps with muscle tightening and lifting with absolutely no down time. The vibrations and gentle contractions made the treatment quite relaxing.
What are the results?
After both sessions, I had lost a total of 5cm from my abdomen! I was advised to drink lots of water throughout the day, which should help with the process of getting rid of remaining ruptured fat cells.
