Dubai Comedy Festival Adds Seven Hilarious Shows For Juniors

The laughs keep coming as Dubai Comedy Festival 2025 expands its lineup with an exciting new category of junior shows created especially for children and families. Taking over the New Covent Garden venues at Mall of the Emirates across two weekends in October, the festival’s newest addition brings seven interactive, award-winning acts designed to entertain audiences of all ages.

Here’s the full breakdown of the junior show lineup:

Weekend 1: 4 And 5 October 

  • Tape Face: A global sensation and America’s Got Talent finalist, Tape Face delivers a silent comedy show full of mime, magic, puppetry and surprises where everyday objects come to life. Shoes sing, dresses dance, and even tape turns into roses in this eccentric, family-friendly act. Tickets start from Dhs 100 onwards. 
     
  • Stuff! : Melbourne’s funniest duo Jon and Jero invite children on a laugh-filled adventure to recover their stolen stuff. With improvisation, silly antics, and plenty of audience interaction, this physical comedy show is perfect for the whole family. Tickets start from Dhs 75 onwards. 
     
  • Con Coutis: Step into the future in this innovative, sound-driven comedy show where Con Coutis is revived from cryo-sleep as Earth’s last comedian. Tickets cost Dhs 135. 
     
  • MUSH: A chaotic, high-energy comedy for older children and teens above 16 years old, MUSH dives into the wild imagination of a single performer. With clowning, characters, and plenty of surprises, it’s a show that teens will especially love. Tickets cost Dhs 150. 

Weekend 2: 11 And 12 October 

  • 101 Ways to Annoy Your Parents and Other Really Old People: Award-winning comedian Matty Grey is back with an outrageously funny guide for children on how to lovingly drive their parents crazy. Expect interactive games, plenty of mischief, and lots of laughter for both young ones and adults. Tickets start from Dhs 100 onwards.
     
  • Jonny Awsum:The Kids Show :  Musical comedy at its finest, with sing-along hits like 'The Triangle Song' and 'Air Guitar Girl', plus a meet-and-greet finale with Jonny himself. Expect feel-good comedy from the comedian who left the judges at Britain's Got Talent in stitches. Tickets cost Dhs 125. 
     
  • Laser Kiwi: An offbeat circus-comedy hybrid featuring juggling, aerial stunts, giant Jenga, and surreal sketches. Unexpected, hilarious and thrilling all at once.Tickets start from Dhs 100.
