The Dubai Fountain is set to make its grand return on 1 October, following a five-month renovation that enhanced the world’s largest choreographed fountain system.
Visitors can once again experience the iconic blend of music, water, and light in Downtown Dubai, with shows scheduled daily in the afternoon and evening. Afternoon displays will run at 1pm and 1.30pm and on Fridays at 2pm and 2.30pm, while evening performances will take place every half hour from 6pm to 11pm.
Phase One of the renovation, completed ahead of schedule, focused on vital maintenance, including tiling, water insulation, and fresh paint to maintain both safety and beauty. Looking ahead, Phase Two is set for completion in 2026 and will introduce innovative features to elevate the experience further.
The reopening has sparked excitement among residents and visitors alike, with many planning visits around the first shows. As the fountain lights up once more, it reaffirms its role as the centrepiece of Downtown Dubai and a global symbol of the city’s spirit of wonder.
