In a powerful show of compassion and national solidarity, Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood and Supreme Chairperson of the Family Development Foundation, and Mother of the Nation, has donated a Dhs 172 million building to Abu Dhabi's Life Endowment campaign, a charitable initiative that aims to assist patients with chronic diseases who are unable to afford treatment.
Previously known as 'Deena Tower', the building has now been renamed ‘Life Tower’ to reflect the campaign’s humanitarian purpose. The campaign, which raised Dhs 115 million from 33,000 donors within just a week of its launch, aims to provide sustainable financial and mental health support to vulnerable patients across the UAE.
Her Highness Sheikha Fatima also called on business leaders, philanthropists, and the public to contribute to the cause, reinforcing that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right.
