Dubai Taxi Company Secures Exclusive Partnership With Dubai Airports

WAM

Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has signed a five-year strategic partnership with Dubai Airports, making it the exclusive provider of taxi services at Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC). Mansoor Alfalasi, CEO of DTC and Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports signed the agreement in the presence of senior officials.

DTC's partnership with Dubai Airports began in 1997 when the company provided taxi services at the airports with a modest fleet of 100 taxis. Now, DTC operates a state-of-the art airport fleet of around 900 taxis, which also includes specialised pink-taxis for families, women and children as well as accessible vehicles designed for People of Determination. DTC's airport fleet also features around 500 premium limousines

DTC doubled its dedicated airport taxi fleet in 2024 and this expansion is expected to continue, improving service speed and reducing wait times. Passengers can book taxis via user-friendly apps with instant dispatch and digital payment options. The vehicles are all monitored by DTC's control centre, ensuring safe, efficient and timely transportation

With this exclusive agreement, passengers can expect reliable, fast and high-quality taxi services at Dubai’s airports for years to come.
