One Za’abeel, the luxurious twin tower near Dubai World Trade Centre developed by Investment Corporation of Dubai, has been honoured with two prestigious accolades from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Recognised among hundreds of global projects in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, One Za’abeel has achieved distinction in two categories. It received the Award of Excellence for 'Best Tall Building in the Middle East and Africa 2024' and also for 'Best Tall Building, 300 metres and above 2024'.
These awards underscore One Za’abeel's architectural brilliance, emphasising its commitment to sustainability, resilience, and human-centric design. One Za’abeel now stands among CTBUH’s elite global list of exceptional AEC projects for 2024.
