Dubai is renowned for its collection of Guinness World Records, and now, One Za’abeel, the luxurious twin tower near Dubai World Trade Center, joins the prestigious list. Developed by Investment Corporation of Dubai, One Za’abeel has secured the Guinness World Record title for the ‘Longest Cantilevered Building’ with its stunning panoramic sky concourse, The Link. This achievement marks another remarkable addition to Dubai's record-breaking skyline.
The Link spans an astonishing 230 metres, dividing the skyscrapers of One Za’abeel, soaring 100 metres above the ground. Its record-breaking cantilever extends an impressive 67.277 metres beyond the main tower. This architectural marvel houses eight MICHELIN-inspired restaurants, the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, and a stylish destination bar. With panoramic views of Dubai from every angle, The Link is becoming a must-see attraction, inviting guests to enjoy majestic dining and breathtaking vistas.
Issam Galadari, Director of One Za’abeel Holdings, says, "Achieving the Guinness World Records title for the ‘Longest Cantilevered Building’ serves as a badge of recognition that we have successfully delivered on the promises we set for the development from the very beginning. We are glad to see The Link honoured as an engineering and architectural marvel and look forward to welcoming visitors to experience this luxurious, record-breaking skybridge for themselves."
