Here’s a list of some of the top celebrations taking place across Dubai from 1 to 3 December. Celebrations At Burj Khalifa
From 1 to 3 December, every night the Burj Khalifa will light up in the colours of the UAE Flag with an LED show. There will be four shows every night with first show at 8.30pm. Simultaneously, The Dubai Fountains will dance along to the National Anthem and songs such as ‘Sama Dubai’, ‘Basbar Ala Forgakom’ and ‘Tawalaht Ana’.
Free Music Concerts At La Mer
Head to the beachside suburb La Mer to have some great family fun. Alongside shopping, eating and splashing, there will be a wide range of roaming entertainment and live performances by regional superstars Essa Al Marzouq at 9pm on 1 December and by Hussain Al Jassmi at 9pm on 2 December. Both National Day special performances are free to watch.
The IMAGINE Show At Dubai Festival City
On 2 December, The IMAGINE water and light show at Dubai Festival City will project 'Faces of the Nation' in lights above the dancing water. The show will take place ar 8pm and 10pm on Monday night. Entry is free. Make sure to reach a little early to get a good spot for a perfect view of the show.
Hamad Al Amri Live At Global Village
Fans of Hamad Al Amri are in for a treat as the Emirati singer returns to Global Village for an enchanting night long live performance. Hamad Al Amri will take to the stage at 9pm on 2 December. There is no additional charge to watch his National Day special performance.
Celebrations At Bollywood Parks
Talented brother duo Indian singers, Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik are heading to Dubai for a special National Day celebration event. They will be performing live at Bollywood Parks Dubai on Monday, 2 December from 8.30 pm onwards. The ticket for the concert starts at AED 89 and includes all day access to the park (from 2pm), rides, other attractions and the concert.
National Day Celebrations At Dubai Marina Mall And The Springs Souk
Celebrating the values and high spirits of the UAE, Dubai Marina Mall and The Springs Souk will be honouring the UAE’s 48th National Day with a host of cultural activities for the whole family. Families can come together and enjoy traditional performances and activities at the entertainment destinations. Expect traditional Emirati performances by Ayallah Dancers as well as unique performances by Oud players. Enjoy a fresh cup of roasted Arabic coffee served from the traditional Dallah while immersing in the cultural spirits of the country. Celebrations will take off between 5pm and 9pm at Dubai Marina Mall and between 4pm and 8pm at The Springs Souk. Entry is free.
