She Runs 2025, the UAE’s largest running event dedicated exclusively to women and girls, is returning to Expo City Dubai, taking place at Al Forsan Park on 9 November. It is one of the headline events of Dubai Fitness Challenge.
Now in its twelfth edition, the event has grown from a community run into a powerful movement celebrating women’s empowerment, wellness and togetherness.
Participants can choose from 1km, 3km, 5km, and 10km routes, including a 'Girls’ Run' and a special route for People of Determination, ensuring inclusivity across all ages and abilities. Women and girls of any age can participate. Girls below 13 years old, however, can only participate in 1km category or the 3km junior category.
The event will host a vibrant ‘Race Village’ at Al Forsan Park, offering wellness zones, mindfulness spaces, youth-led performances, and a marketplace showcasing female-led brands. Families can also enjoy a full festival experience that blends fitness with fun and community spirit.
