A world of laughter awaits as the Dubai Comedy Festival is set to be back with a bang! The eighth edition of the laughter fest will run from 8 to 18 October at venues across Dubai.
The ten-day event promises a host of world-class entertainment, internationally renowned names, rising stars and non-stop laughter.
With nearly 200 nationalities calling Dubai their home, Dubai Comedy Festival unites audiences from different cultures and generations through one universal language, laughter. The city has firmly established itself as a hub for world-class entertainment and the festival stands as a testament to this evolution, providing a vital platform for comedians, both regionally and internationally, to showcase their talent to diverse audiences.
Dave Chappelle headlined the inaugural festival in 2015, with his first-ever Middle East performance at Skydive Dubai, and now, the event has grown exponentially, welcoming comedy legends and rising stars alike.
Over the years, the festival has featured celebrated performers including Mo Amer, Bassem Youssef, John Achkar, Gad Elmaleh, Nemr, Vir Das, Gaurav Kapoor, Maz Jobrani, Morgan Jay, and many more.
The 2025 edition showcased the festival’s impressive scale, spanning four iconic venues, with performances in seven languages.
Audiences enjoyed over 60 hours of comedy across 34 shows, featuring more than 70 artists from around the globe. The 2026 series promises to deliver more laughs and more unmissable moments.
