Dubai has experienced some of the best real estate transactions in April this year, with a total of 6,983 transactions made worth Dhs 18.2 billion.
In comparison to April 2021, 2022 saw an increase in 45.48% more transactions, with an increase of 66.62% in value.
Out of all the transactions made, 4,212 secondary market sales transactions worth Dhs 12.86 billion were made in April, after Expo 2020 Dubai came to a close.
Additionally, 2,771 off-plan properties worth Dhs 5.33 billion were sold.
Through Property Finder's demand date, the top areas of interest in April for villas and townhouses was in Dubai Hills Estate, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Damac Hills and The Springs.
Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay and Jumeirah Village Circle were the top areas of interest for apartments.
Dubai has also seen the most expensive property in Palm Jumeirah sold as well as the second highest property sale in Emirates Hills in recent months.
