The second-highest property sale in the Emirates Hills area in Dubai has been completed for Dhs 102.8 million.
The sale was finalised by Myles Bush, founding partner of Phoenix Homes on the company's first anniversary.
The property is located in one of the upmarket neighbourhoods and features floor to ceiling windows, five bedrooms, a private cinema, a swimming pool and a gym.
