Further to the reduction in school recently fees announced by Al Najah Education and Safa Schools, more schools have also confirmed discounts on term 3 fees, following the extension of online learning until the end of the academic year.
Fortes Education, which operates Regent International School in The Greens and Sunmarke School in Jumeirah Village Triangle has announced a discount of 25% off term 3 fees for parents with children in FS 1 and FS 2, and for parents with children in primary and secondary, year 1 to year 13, a discount of 20%.
Dubai Heights Academy in Al Barsha South has announced a discount of 10% on its term 3 fees.
English College Dubai has also announced it will be reducing term 3 fees by Dhs 2,250 from FS1 through to year 2 and Dhs 1,750 for year 3 to Year 13.
Education provider Taaleem, which operates 9 schools in the UAE, will be giving a 25% discount on term 3 for early years, and 20% for primary and secondary schools.
Other schools that have offered parents reductions include Arcadia School, Next Generation School, Dubai English Speaking School, Star International School, Star International School Mirdif and Dubai English Speaking College, all of which have will be giving a 20% discount on fees.
Jumeirah English Speaking School has announced to reduce the fees by 10%, and parents have the option to pay the pending fees in three monthly instalments.
Arbor School is also offering 20% discount on term 3 fees along with an extra discount of 5% for those parents who make the payment before Saturday, 11 April.
Capital School is offering a discount between 20% and 61% depending on year group and individual cases where parents are going through a financial distress.
Further to these discounts, Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) also recently announced that schools must refund the final term's bus fees to parents, as students continue with the e-learning programme for the remainder of the academic year.
