Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has announced that schools must refund the final term's bus fees to parents, as students continue with the e-learning programme for the remainder of the academic year.
KHDA also states that Indian and Pakistani schools, where the new academic session is due to start on 5 April, must refund the first term's transportation charges.
The KHDA move came about to address parents' concerns on prepaid transportation fees after it was announced that the e-learning programme will continue until the end of the academic year.
