Watch: Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Gets Emotional Seeing Residents Sing The UAE National Anthem

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces praised the commitment of all expatriates living in the UAE, towards precautionary measures taken to contain the spread of coronavirus COVID-19. 

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed posted a video of his virtual meeting with key ministers and officials on the latest precautionary and preventive measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

Towards the end of the video posted online, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed praises how UAE residents came out onto their balconies to sing the UAE national anthem at such a challenging time. 

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed said, "Many residents on social media were singing the UAE national anthem. And I want to admit to all of you, My people when I heard you all sing the UAE national anthem, I could not hold my tears back. May Allah protect you and this country you are residing in. You are loyal to it as its own people. We will hopefully get through this time with all of you, sound and safe. May Allah grant you all success and safety.
