Ever wanted to go overnight camping at a waterpark?
Now you do not need to hit faraway sand dunes to have a camping experience, you can do it in the heart of the city at Laguna Waterpark in La Mer. The camping experience will be available every Thursday and Friday evening, starting from Thursday, 20 February onwards.
The experience starts at 5 pm with a check-in service and refreshment station on arrival. Then, campers can head off to the waterpark and can enjoy unlimited rides and slides, or can catch an epic sunset over the Arabian Gulf. When hungry, there is an unlimited BBQ offering all the classics from burgers to flame-grilled chicken which will be available until 10pm.
Following dinner, campers can choose from a wide range of activities including a board game, a campfire sing-along, or simply watching a family-friendly movie under the stars. Plus all campers get comfy bean bags to lean on.
As slumber calls, campers can tuck themselves in the comfortable camp tents with views over the Arabian Gulf. The tents comfortably sleep two or four people.
Campers can rise early to catch an incredible sunrise. The package also includes breakfast. Campers will be served a basket filled with eggs, tomatoes, onions, with fresh Arabic bread, labneh and cheese. Campers can cook their breakfast at live cooking station themselves or with the help of an expert.
Check out is at 10am, however, campers can spend the rest of the day soaking up the sunshine and enjoying Laguna Waterpark’s star attractions, inclusive of unlimited food and beverages.
The package is priced at Dhs 700 for two per tent, and Dhs 1,200 for four per tent.
