The Dubai Fitness Challenge, launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, is set to return this month. However, there is a slight change in the dates announced earlier, the fitness challenge will now take place from 26 October-24 November.
The 30-day fitness challenge aims to motivate people to commit 30 minutes every day to exercise. The event will play a host to a number of free activities such as yoga, walking, team-sports and more, along with the exciting addition of five fitness villages which will feature more than 300 fitness and sports classes each. The five fitness villages are DIFC Fitness Village, DMCC Park Fitness Village, Kite Beach Fitness Village, Al Khawaneej Walk Fitness Village and Palm Jumeirah Fitness Village.
The fitness month will start off with an opening weekend carnival at Dubai Festival City, which will again feature a number of fitness classes along with a few activities to keep children busy. Expect firework on the opening day as well.
