Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the business hours for all its services during Eid Al Fitr holiday, from Thursday 19 March, to Saturday 21 March. The revised schedules cover Customer Happiness Centres, paid parking zones, public buses, metro and tram services, marine transport services, and service provider centres.
Metro and Tram
Red Line and Green Line stations of Dubai Metro will operate from Wednesday 18 March, to Saturday 21 March, from 5am to 1am next day, and on Sunday 22 March from 8am to 1am next day.
Dubai Tram will operate from Wednesday 18 March, to Saturday 21 March, from 6am to 1am next day, and on Sunday 22 March from 9am to 1am next day.
Dubai Bus And Marine Transport
Customers are advised to check S’hail app to view changes to public bus and marine transport services including the water taxi, ferry, abras, and electric heritage abras, during Eid Al Fitr holiday.
Bus Route E100 will not operate from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station from the afternoon of Wednesday 18 March until Sunday 22 March. During this period, passengers are requested to use Bus Route E101 which will operate from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi. Bus Route E102 will operate from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Musaffah only from Thursday 19 March until Sunday 22 March.
Public Parking
All public parking will be free of charge from Thursday 19 March, to Saturday 21 March, except for multi-storey parking facilities. Regular charges will resume from Sunday 22 March.
Customer Happiness Centres
Service provider centres will be closed during Eid Al Fitr holiday from Thursday 19 March, to Saturday 21 March. Technical inspection services will resume on Sunday 22 March at Tasjeel Al Twar, AutoPro Al Mankhool, Tasjeel Al Awir, Tasjeel Discovery Gardens, Al Yalayis, Shamil Al Muhaisnah, Al Mutakamela Al Quoz, and Shamil Nad Al Hamar.
Customer Happiness Centres will also be closed during Eid Al Fitr holiday. However, the Customer Happiness Centre at Umm Ramool, and Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar, Al Kifaf, and RTA Head Office will continue to operate around the clock as usual.
