Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the working hours for all its services during the Holy Month of Ramadan. The revised schedules cover Customer Happiness Centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram services, marine transport services, and service provider centres.
Customer Happiness Centres
Customer Happiness Centres at Deira, Al Tawar Centre, Al Manara Centre and Al Kifaf Centre will be open from Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 5pm, and from 9am to noon on Friday.
The centre in Al Barsha will be open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, while the one in Umm Ramool operates 24/7.
Service provider centres, including Tasjeel in Al Qusais, Al Barsha, Al Warsan, Al Mutakamela and Al Qouz will operate from 8am to 4pm, and will resume operations in the evening from 8pm to midnight, from Monday to Thursday. On Friday, the centres will be open from 8am to noon, with evening services resuming from 8pm until midnight.
Public Parking
Public parking fees will apply from Monday to Saturday in two periods: from 8am to 6pm and from 8pm to midnight. Multi-storey parking buildings will continue to operate 24 hours a day.
Dubai Metro
Both the Red Line and Green Line will run from Monday to Thursday, from 5am to midnight, with extended hours on Fridays until 1am the following day. Services will run from 5am to midnight on Saturday and from 8am to midnight on Sunday.
Dubai Tram
Tram service will operate from Monday to Saturday, 6am to 1am the next day. On Sundays, the service runs from 9am to 1am the next morning.
Public Buses
The authority said passengers can check updated bus schedules through the S'hail app, while marine transport timings will be available on the RTA website.
Marine Transport
To view marine transport schedules during the Holy Month of Ramadan, customers are advised to visit the RTA website to check the updated schedule.
