The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced working hours for private sector employees. As per the rule, private sector employees will work two hours less per day during Ramadan.
In addition, companies are also allowed to permit flexible or remote work, depending on the nature of the job, in order to help support employees during the Holy Month.
