After unveiling its complete passenger network, featuring 11 stations, Etihad Rail has now shared a sneak peek of what the stations will look like. In a post on X, Etihad Rail shared a video of the Abu Dhabi station in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, located near Dalma Mall.

Abu Dhabi station has been confirmed as a key stop on the Etihad Rail passenger network, which is set to roll out in phases starting this year. The initial phase will connect major destinations, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Fujairah’s Al Hilal area, forming part of a wider plan to link 11 cities across all seven emirates.

Trains accommodate up to 400 passengers each, with ergonomic seating, full Wi-Fi, power outlets at every seat, and international safety certifications. They operate on precise schedules, integrating with broader transport systems for reliable intercity trips.

Journey times include 57 minutes from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and 105 minutes from Abu Dhabi to Fujairah. A future high-speed line aims to reduce Abu Dhabi-Dubai trips to 30 minutes.
