Dubai Airports and Salik have agreed on a 10-year partnership to introduce e-wallet parking payments across all three terminals of Dubai International Airport (DXB). This covers around 7,400 paid parking spaces in Terminals 1, 2, 3, and the Cargo Mega Terminal.

This digital solution, launching 22 January 2026, will integrate Salik’s e-wallet with the airport’s parking systems, allowing drivers to pay directly from their Salik accounts without cash or physical tickets, creating a faster, smoother parking experience and better traffic flow.

Under the agreement, Salik’s electronic payment system will work seamlessly with the existing car park management setup operated by Dubai Airports’ parking concessionaire. Drivers simply use their Salik e-wallet to pay parking fees, reducing delays at entry and exit points and enhancing convenience for travellers arriving at or departing from DXB.

The move builds on broader trends in the UAE’s transport infrastructure toward cashless, contactless systems. Salik has already been rolling out its e-wallet for barrier-free parking and ticketless entry at other locations through partnerships, reflecting a larger push toward smart mobility and digital payments across the emirate.

By adopting this solution at one of the world’s busiest airports, Dubai aims to improve efficiency, reduce congestion around parking facilities, and elevate the overall customer experience for residents and international visitors alike.
