Speaking of public holidays, Eid Al Adha and Eid Al Fitr are one of the longest and most significant holidays of the year in the UAE. The likely dates for both are now out! Eid Al Fitr Predicted Dates
According to astronomical predictions, Eid Al Fitr in 2026 is currently expected to begin on Friday, 20 March. Ramadan is likely to begin on Thursday, 19 February, and last for 30 days. If Ramadan does run for the full 30 days, everyone can likely enjoy a four-day break from Thursday, 19 March, to Sunday, 22 March, with work resuming on Monday, 23 March.
Eid Al Adha Predicted Dates
The four-day break will begin on Arafat Day on Dhu Al Hijjah 9, which is expected to fall on Tuesday, 26 May 26, followed by Eid Al Fitr on Dhu Al Hijjah 10, 11, and 12, which is expected to be Wednesday, 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 May. With the weekend included, this could result in a six-day holiday.
