Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the working hours for all its services during the 54th Eid Al Etihad holiday. The working hours include customer happiness centres, paid parking, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transport, and service provider centres.
Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines)
Red and Green Line Stations will be operational on Saturday, 29 November 2025 from 5am to 1am the next day. On Sunday, 30 November 30, they will operate from 8am to 1am the following day. On 1 and 2 December, the Dubai Metro will run from 5am until 1am the next day.
Dubai Tram Schedule
Trams will be operational from Saturday, 29 November from 6am to 1am the next day. On Sunday, 30 November, they will run from 9am to 1am the following day. On 1 and 2 December, trams will be functional from 6am to 1am the following day.
Public Transport Buses
For public buses and marine transport, RTA asked commuters to check the S’hail app for changes during Eid Al Etihad holiday on Monday and Tuesday.
Public Parking
All public parking will be free during the Eid Al Etihad holiday on Monday and Tuesday, 1 and 2 December, except multi-story parking and Horse Gate N-365. The fee will resume on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
Customer Happiness Centres
All RTA Customer Happiness Centres will be closed during the Eid Al Etihad holiday on Monday and Tuesday, 1 and 2 December 2025. The Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar, and the RTA’s main building will operate as usual around the clock.
Service Provider Centres
Service Provider Centres will be closed during the long weekend break on Monday and Tuesday, 1 and 2 December 2025. Regular working hours will resume on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
