Dates For The 30th Edition Of Dubai World Cup Announced

The Dubai Racing Club has confirmed that the 30th Dubai World Cup will be held on 28 March, 2026, at Meydan Racecourse, marking a major milestone in the event’s rich history.

This iconic racing night has become a global spectacle, combining elite sport with Dubai’s signature flair and hospitality. As the richest and most glamorous night in international horse racing, the 2026 edition is set to attract top-tier horses, jockeys, and racing teams from around the world.

The announcement also outlines the full schedule for the 2025-26 Dubai Racing Carnival, which kicks off on 7 November this year, and features 17 race meetings, culminating in the Dubai World Cup. This season will include four feature days:

  • Festive Friday on 19 December. The season comes alive with Dhs 1 million G2 Maktoum Mile.

  • Fashion Friday on 23 January, 2026. Where racing meets runway, with the Dh 3.68 million G1 Al Maktoum Challenge as the centrepiece.

  • Emirates Super Saturday on 28 February, 2026. The official prep day, featuring key qualifying races ahead of World Cup night.

  • Dubai World Cup Night on 28 March, 2026. The grand finale, marking an evening of record-breaking prize purses, international glamour, and electric atmosphere at Meydan.
