Dubai International Airport (DXB) has introduced a new smart pickup service at Terminal 3 designed to improve the arrival experience for visitors. Called 'DXB Greet and Go', the service allows travellers with pre-arranged hotel, limousine, or tour operator pickups to connect with their drivers using a simple QR code system.
Instead of scanning the arrivals hall for a printed name sign, passengers can now scan a personalised QR code at designated kiosks to instantly receive their driver and vehicle details, including car registration and parking location. On-ground staff, who are multilingual, are available to assist and guide guests directly to their vehicles, helping reduce confusion and congestion in the busy arrivals area.
The initiative was launched by Dubai Airports as part of ongoing efforts to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency at one of the world’s busiest airports.
The service is available to licenced hotels, limo service providers, and tour operators in Dubai. These businesses can register online, input guest and driver details, and send the personalised QR code to travellers ahead of their trip.
Once at the airport, guests scan their code and are quickly connected with their assigned transport, ensuring a secure, seamless, and professional welcome to the city.
