Abu Dhabi’s luxury landscape is about to be transformed with the arrival of the Bvlgari Resort and Mansions in Abu Dhabi, a landmark collaboration between Italian luxury brand Bvlgari and UAE real estate group Eagle Hills. Set to open in 2030, this new project will occupy a private, horseshoe-shaped island offering a unique blend of seclusion, style and waterfront living.
Located just across from Qasr Al Watan with panoramic views of the open sea and Abu Dhabi skyline, the new resort promises a dramatic arrival by either purpose-built bridge or boat, adding to the allure of exclusivity.
The development will feature 60 luxury rooms and suites, 30 beachfront villas with private pools and 90 ultra-luxury private mansions, some with their own docks and private beaches.
The architecture, led by Milan’s ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, draws inspiration from both Italian elegance and Arabian heritage, with a gold-and-glass sculptural design that rises from the sand.
World-class dining will be at the heart of the experience, including Il Ristorante-Niko Romito, the Japanese concept Hoseki, a refined Turkish restaurant, and the lively Bvlgari Bar.
Wellness is also a major highlight, and will feature amenities including a spa, lap pool, fitness centre, and a landscaped wellness sanctuary celebrating regional traditions.
Adding to the resort’s prestige is a 40-berth marina and Yacht Club featuring private membership, a private beach, and water sports experiences for residents and guests.
