Dubai is preparing to welcome a new architectural landmark as two big names in Dubai's real estate, Meraas and Jumeirah, partner up to launch Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, a luxury twin-tower project set to open by 2030 on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Building on the legacy of the iconic Emirates Towers, the development will offer 754 branded residences, with prices starting from Dhs 3.5 million for a one-bedroom unit. The towers will feature a bold cantilevered form, echoing the city’s flair for avant-garde architecture.
The residences will offer sweeping views of Downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future, with each home promising refined privacy and sophistication. A private entrance beneath the cantilever will lead to a double-height lobby, serene garden courtyard, and exclusive residents’ lounge.

The towers will include three sky terraces complete with infinity-edge pools, landscaped lounges, and open-air entertainment spaces, all designed for high-end urban living.
Residents will enjoy Jumeirah’s signature hospitality, including 24 hour concierge services, wellness treatments, personal fitness coaching, and vehicle management, setting a new benchmark for luxury branded living in Dubai.
