RTA Announces Eid Al-Adha Holiday Service Hours

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the official service timings for the Eid Al-Adha holiday, covering metro and tram operations, intercity bus routes, parking, and customer service centres.

Metro And Tram:

From 4 to 7 June, Dubai Metro’s Red and Green lines will operate daily from 5am to 1am the next day, while the Dubai Tram will run from 6am to 1am next day, allowing for smoother holiday travel across the city.

Bus Services:

Intercity bus services will see temporary route changes. Route E100, from Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi, will be suspended from 4 to 8 June, with the RTA directing passengers to use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station instead to travel to Abu Dhabi. Meanwhile, Route E102 will temporarily operate directly between Al Jafiliya Metro Station and Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi, bypassing Ibn Battuta and Mussafah stops.

Public Parking And Customer Centres:

Public parking across Dubai will be free of charge from 5 to 9 June, excluding multi-level parking facilities.

RTA Customer Happiness Centres will have limited access. Only the smart centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and the RTA Head Office will remain operational during the break. Vehicle testing and service provider centres will be closed from 5 to 7 June, with normal operations resuming on June. Vehicle testing will resume from 8 June at Tasjeel Al Tawar, Al Awir, Al Mankhool, Al Yalayis and Shamil Muhaisnah.
