The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) Youth World Championships is set to make its Al Ain debut this summer, with the sixth edition taking place from 21 to 27 July at the Al Ain Convention Centre (ADNEC Centre Al Ain).
Organised by the IMMAF in partnership with the UAE Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation (UAEJJF), the tournament will bring together over 1,000 young athletes, both male and female, from more than 60 countries, making it the largest edition of the championship to date.
While the UAE has previously hosted the event for three consecutive years in Abu Dhabi, this marks the first time it will be held in Al Ain, chosen for its cultural significance, natural beauty and vibrant tourist attractions.
The event forms part of a multi-year agreement to host the championship in the UAE through 2027, reinforcing the country’s growing influence in the global Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) sport.
The championship is more than just a tournament. It’s a global platform for emerging MMA athletes and a key step in building the next generation of stars. It also further cements the UAE’s position as a top-tier host for major international sporting events.
