Brace yourself for dusty winds and reduced visibility today. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a weather alert for today, from 10am to 8pm tonight, warning of fresh north-westerly winds kicking up dust and sand across various parts of the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
NCM predicts that horizontal visibility may drop significantly and according to the weekly forecast, dusty conditions are expected to continue until the weekend, along with early morning fog or mist in some areas.
NCM also predicts that the temperature will cool down this week.
