Starting 4 April, Dubai will introduce a variable parking tariff policy aimed at optimising parking management, ensuring efficient traffic flow, and improving accessibility in high-demand areas.
The updated policy, implemented by the Dubai's Road and Transport Authority (RTA) and managed by Parkin Company PJSC, will introduce peak and off-peak pricing across the entire public parking network and 35% of developer parking spaces.
