Al Shindagha Corridor: A Game-Changer For Traffic Efficiency

The Al Shindagha Corridor spans 13 kilometres across key roads such as Sheikh Rashid Road, Al Mina Street, Al Khaleej Street and Cairo Street. It is expected to improve connectivity between Deira and Bur Dubai while supporting major developments, including Dubai Islands, Deira Waterfront, Dubai Maritime City, and Port Rashid. Once completed, it is expected to benefit over 1 million residents in Dubai, by reducing travel time from 104 minutes to just 16 minutes by 2030. This infrastructure milestone is part of Dubai’s long-term strategy to improve urban mobility, support economic growth, and enhance safety across the emirate’s transport network.
