Dubai is glowing brighter than ever as part of the second edition of #RamadanInDubai, a citywide initiative launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council.
From Jumeirah to Al Khawaneej, lanterns, intricate light motifs, and artistic installations have turned Dubai’s streets and landmarks into a mesmerising spectacle, reflecting the spirit of Ramadan.
This initiative is part of Brand Dubai’s ‘Anwaar Dubai’ project, which aims to enhance Dubai’s visual landscape by adorning prominent streets, landmarks, and mosques with festive Ramadan decorations.
The stunning Ramadan displays were orchestrated by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, in collaboration with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai Holding, Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim and Al-Futtaim Group.
Several iconic streets, including Jumeirah Street, Al Khawaneej Street, Za’abeel Palace Street, Clock Roundabout in Deira have been adorned with vibrant Ramadan-themed lighting, adding to the city’s charm and festive atmosphere. Additionally, Dubai Festival City Mall, Mall of the Emirates and City Centre Mirdif have introduced immersive décor, enhancing shopping and leisure experiences during the Holy Month. Other key destinations include Wasl 1, Wasl Village, Karama, Wasl 51, Dar Wasl and Global Village.
Beyond decorations, ‘Ramadan Reflections’, launched first in 2023, returns with stunning light and sound projections at DIFC, Al Seef, and Dubai Festival City Mall, offering immersive experiences that showcase the beauty of the Holy Month.
By uniting government, private sector, and creative communities, the #RamadanInDubai campaign ensures that Dubai remains a welcoming, festive and inspiring destination for residents and visitors alike.
