Emirates and flydubai are expanding their networks with a total of six new destinations across Asia and the Middle East.
Emirates is expanding its operations across Asia with the introduction of three new destinations:
- Shenzhen, China – Daily flights from 1 July
- Da Nang, Vietnam – Four weekly flights from 2 June (via Bangkok)
- Siem Reap, Cambodia – Three weekly flights from 3 June (via Bangkok)
This expansion marks Emirates’ fourth gateway into mainland China, its third destination in Vietnam and its second point in Cambodia. With these additions, Emirates now operates 269 weekly flights to 24 destinations across East Asia, making it the largest non-Asian airline in the region. For more details, check out Emirates.
Meanwhile, flydubai is growing its Middle Eastern network, launching direct flights to three cities in Iran:
- Bushehr – From 13 March
- Tabriz – From 13 March
- Qeshm – From 14 March
This follows flydubai’s recent announcements of seasonal summer routes to Al Alamein, Egypt and Antalya, Türkiye, expanding its leisure travel options between June and September this year. For more details, visit flydubai.
