Dubai is set to add to its collection of luxurious resorts with the introduction of a new five-star hotel. The Kleindienst Group, known for The Heart of Europe development, has unveiled the Marbella Resort Hotel, part of the Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels and Resorts, on the World Islands. It is the first hotel to feature private coral reefs for guests, enhancing the underwater experience with snorkelling and diving opportunities amidst diverse marine life like angelfish, lionfish, and green turtles, part of The Heart of Europe’s coral reef master plan.

This Dhs 1 billion project takes its inspiration from the architectural beauty of Marbella in Spain, promising to deliver an authentic Costa Del Sol experience in the UAE with its unique Andalusian-inspired design. Set amidst half a million square metres of diverse coral reefs, it offers a unique blend of luxury and environmental immersion on the World Islands in Dubai. Featuring a 1km raining street that intermittently cools the surroundings, the hotel promises a refreshing experience.

Dining at the Marbella Resort Hotel is a journey through European flavours, Descanso, the signature restaurant, dazzles with live cooking stations, entertainment, and signature sangrias; Casa Bougainville tempts with delicate tapas bursting with vibrant flavours; The Citrus Gem offers a unique café experience with light bites and authentic Spanish coffee; Arenda Dorada, the beach and poolside restaurant, evokes the charm of Marbella’s beach clubs; and the Chalet Sierra’s Après Ski bar with the Snow Plaza adds an authentic après-ski ambience.

The Carmen Amaya Bodega bar, named after the renowned Spanish Flamenco dancer, offers a hidden gem experience with wine, cheese, and bites, immersed in the passion of Flamenco.

For relaxation, The Arabian spa at the Marbella Resort Hotel features an authentic hammam experience amidst cave-like architecture and a menu of rejuvenating massage treatments.

As IHG Hotels and Resorts’ inaugural Vignette Collection on the World Islands, the Marbella Resort Hotel embodies Spanish living with gardens for meditation, sunken courtyards, citrus groves, olive trees, and the Après Ski bar evoking Andalusian magic. Guests can choose from suites, chalets, or cabanas overlooking the sea, the snow plaza, or the famed raining street.

The Kleindienst Group, known for pioneering sustainable developments, integrates eco-friendly practices at the Marbella Resort Hotel. This includes 100% solar power utilisation, zero microplastic discharge policies, sustainable landscaping free of pesticides or fungicides, and techniques for coral breeding to support reef restoration and marine biodiversity conservation.

With its commitment to luxury, sustainability, and environmental stewardship, the Marbella Resort Hotel aims to redefine hospitality on the World Islands, offering guests an unforgettable Spanish-inspired escape.

More details about the launch date and pricing are awaited. Stay tuned!
