The mall will accommodate 35 retail shops and food and beverage outlets, including over 10 unique dining venues, establishing itself as a premier gastronomic destination within the community.

A skylight roof will harness natural light, while innovative technologies such as interactive displays, smart lighting, and more will enhance visitor experiences.
Architecturally, the mall will feature distinctive elements like a dynamic bowl with a cascading void spanning from basement to roof, offering a dramatic retail environment. A media screen on the facade will enhance visibility. The skylight roof will facilitate natural illumination and support plant growth.
