This recognition highlights DGHR's dedication to creating a positive work environment and promoting innovation and excellence among its employees. Additionally, it emphasises the department's ongoing efforts and vision, driven by an advanced approach to managing, developing, and governing human resources in Dubai's government sector.
DGHR received the certification based on a survey of its working environment, covering various institutions across different sectors. The survey assessed employee experiences in happiness, trust, belonging, harmony, and career loyalty. This recognition reaffirms DGHR's dedication to creating a motivating work environment and highlights its ongoing commitment to innovation and improved career performance.
