The world's most visited destination, Dubai Mall, is set for a major makeover as leading developer Emaar announces a monumental expansion. The project, representing an investment of Dhs 1.5 billion, will add 240 new luxury stores and food and beverage outlets. Contractors are already mobilising on-site for the development, which will significantly enhance the mall, which welcomed 105 million visitors in 2023.

In 2023, Dubai Mall became the most visited place on Earth achieving a new attendance record with 105 million visitors, a 19% increase from the previous year, coupled with exceptionally strong sales.
