For daily commuters relying on the Dubai Metro to travel around, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has an update for you. As RTA strives to restore normalcy after the UAE's record-breaking rainfall, it's advised via X, formerly known as Twitter, to anticipate delays on the Red Line. Commuters are urged to plan their journeys in advance to avoid any inconvenience or overcrowding.

Additionally, RTA has provided instructions for Red Line commuters. It stated that the Dubai Metro is operational between Centrepoint and Expo 2020, as well as UAE Exchange stations. However, stops at Onpassive, Equiti, Mashreq, and Energy are suspended.

For those travelling from Centrepoint Metro Station, changing to another station is a must at Business Bay or Al Khail stations. Afterwards, commuters need to use shuttle buses to reach the next station. The free bus services are provided at stations affected by the weather.

For Green Line, RTA has announced the full resumption of service across all Green Line stations.

Lastly, RTA has urged commuters to adhere to all signage and instructions while travelling to prevent confusion and chaos.
