Air Arabia, a low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa, has inaugurated its latest city check-in facility in Dubai at City Centre Al Shindagha, Al Fahidi area. This marks the 12th check-in facility in the UAE, offering extensive coverage across the country.
The new facility allows passengers to drop off their bags and receive boarding passes up to 24 hours before their flights or up to eight hours prior to departure. Additionally, a soon-to-be launched bus transfer service will connect the Shindagha City Centre facility to Sharjah International Airport.
Operating daily from 10am to 10pm, the facility offers services such as purchasing extra baggage allowance, selecting preferred seats, and adjusting flight plans, enhancing overall travel convenience for customers.
Additionally, passengers departing from Sharjah International Airport can utilise city check-in facilities in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman. For those flying from Zayed International Airport, there's a city check-in facility available in Abu Dhabi.
This service aims to simplify pre-flight processes, saving time and bypassing airport queues. Passengers can proceed directly to their flight upon arrival, eliminating unnecessary waits at the airport.
