Last night, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported heavy rain in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and internal parts of Sharjah. The NCM issued an alert advising residents about convective cloud formation, stating, "Convective clouds will form over coastal areas, extending Northward and Eastward, accompanied by rainfall and strong winds at 55kph. This may cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and rough seas from 9pm on Wednesday until 6pm on Friday."
Dubai is currently experiencing a temperature of 21ºC with light rainfall, while Abu Dhabi enjoys sunny weather at 22ºC. Following last night's rainfall, temperatures have significantly dropped across the emirates. The forecast indicates partly cloudy conditions, particularly in Northern and Eastern areas, with a chance of rainfall.
The NCM also reported the presence of low clouds on the east coast, with the possibility of rain-bearing cloud formations by the afternoon, especially at sea, eastwards, and northwards.
As for the temperatures, they may reach a high of 32ºC, with Abu Dhabi at 31ºC and Dubai at 25ºC. However, lower temperatures are predicted, dropping to 20ºC in Abu Dhabi, 22ºC in Dubai, and 10ºC in internal areas.
Humidity levels will vary between 35 to 70% in Abu Dhabi and 55 to 85% in Dubai. Sea conditions are tend to be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman sea.
