RAK Central will play a key role in Ras Al Khaimah's economic growth, attracting leading businesses and entities in the region to set up their headquarters. The project is strategically positioned to contribute to the Emirate's business ecosystem, reinforcing its status as a preferred choice for residence, business, and leisure. Marjan, known for developing high-end residential destinations, will offer freehold residential plots at RAK Central, providing investors with opportunities for development and purchase.
The development of RAK Central will be carried out in phases, with the initial phase encompassing one million square feet of commercial office space for rent and 34 exclusive residential plots. Developers will have the opportunity to build residential towers of up to 45 floors or approximately 200 metres in height.
Gensler, a globally renowned architecture, design, and planning firm, has been enlisted to design Marjan's headquarters and the integrated mixed-use office complex, marking the commencement of the first phase.
Upon completion, RAK Central will offer over 4,000 residential apartments, three hotels with a capacity exceeding 1,000 keys, numerous parks and green spaces, diverse retail and entertainment facilities, and interconnected buildings with over 1,000 parking spaces for visitors.
