Access to a Dubai beach, has been closed temporarily, with barriers preventing access and a sign appearing at the entrance to the beach in Al Sufouh,
The beach, affectionately known as 'Secret Beach', 'Black Palace Beach' and 'Hidden Beach', is popular with residents and tourists, for its stunning sunsets, views of Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab and the convenience of drive, park and walk straight onto the sand.
No reason is known for the closure or how long it is likely to be closed for.
