It's official! Emirates Airlines, the leading carrier in Dubai, has won the title of the best airline globally and in the Middle East. The prestigious ULTRAs 2023 awards, hosted at Dubai's Nikki Beach Club, saw Emirates taking centre stage. Winning two coveted accolades, the world's largest international airline secured the votes of thousands of global travellers, recognising its top-notch products, unparalleled services, and excellent value-for-money offerings.
Thomas Ney, Divisional Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at Emirates, accepted the awards and the ceremony was also attended by other notable guests and leading members of the travel industry.
Commenting on this win, Adel Al Redha, Emirates’ Chief Operating Officer, said, “We’re delighted to be recognised again as one of the world’s best providers of luxury travel experiences. Emirates is renowned for always setting the bar high, and the past year has been no exception. We rolled out 10 A380 from our retrofit programme with completely new cabin interiors and Premium Economy seats; and expanded our global network to more than 140 destinations. We remain committed to continuously introducing innovative solutions and products to enhance our customers' journey."
Offerings By Emirates
Emirates remains committed to enhancing its products and services to provide customers with the finest travel experience both in the air and on the ground. The airline has recently introduced a new city check-in facility at Dubai International Financial Centre, expanded its global network with a new route to Montreal, initiated a meal pre-ordering service for travellers to choose their meals ahead of time, and provided complimentary onboard Wi-Fi for all Emirates Skywards members.

In addition to its achievements, Emirates was recently honoured with the 2024 APEX World Class Airline award for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest global standards in safety, well-being, sustainability, and service-guest experience. The airline also secured a 2024 IFSA award for 'Best Onboard Amenity,' acknowledging its sustainable economy class amenity kit.
