Dubai Municipality has announced that over 15 million visits were recorded at public parks and recreational destinations around Dubai.
Around 10 million visits were taken to lakes and parks around Dubai, and 3 million visits were made to five of the largest parks, with 951,000 visiting at Al Mamzar Beach Park, 701,000 at Mushrif Park, 658,000 at Creek Park, 430,000 at Zabeel Park, and 153,000 at Safa Park.
Additionally, over 884,000 visits were made to the Dubai Frame, 710,000 at The Quranic Park, 427,000 to Dubai Safari Park, and 73,000 at Children's City in Umm Hurair.
The public parks and recreational destinations aim to enhance the well-being, happiness and quality of life of people in Dubai.
These areas are home to facilities including play areas, walking tracks, picnic locations with BBQ areas, cycling trails, horse riding arenas, and sports facilities like tennis and basketball courts.
