Eric Lanlard, one of the highly revered patisserie chefs in the culinary industry, is coming to Dubai as part of Taste of Dubai.
Having started his journey in the culinary world at the age of 22 years, Eric achieved the title of Head Pastry Chef within two years.
In 1995, Eric started building his legacy by opening Cake Boy in Southwest London, a cafe, cake emporium and cookery school.
Eric said, "I’m very excited to be back in Dubai and taking part again of Taste of Dubai 2023 this February. Taste is a great opportunity for me to meet all my followers from the UAE and share with them some of my lasted recipes and creations; be ready for some glamorous and tasty baking, as well as learning many tips of the trade to take your pastry skills to new levels. I cannot wait to meet and sample the food of all the local chefs and restaurants taking part of this dynamic outdoor event and get some delicious inspiration."

The festival will be held at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre from 3 to 5 February 2023.
