Brooklyn Creamery has launched an all-new ice cream protein pot that is lower in fat, high in protein, lower in calories, and also tastes delicious.
The protein cups come in two flavours, salted caramel and chocolate hazelnut, and are great for individuals out there that are looking for ways to incorporate more protein into their diet without giving up on dessert.The perfect snack for after a workout to help in getting all the nutrients in and are also a healthy alternative.
The cups come in 200ml cups and consist of 163 calories and 10gms of protein in the chocolate hazelnut cup and 152 calories and 11gms of protein in the salted caramel cup.
